100% silk kimono from Japan (1930s-1960s). This kimono has a personal history, once worn and cherished within Sara's family and repurposed into a unique garment. The original kimono seams are preserved, honoring the garment's history and craftsmanship with hand-mending throughout. Front chest pocket, side slit, a high-low hem, corozzo buttons. Each garment is cut individually by hand. One of a kind.
