Shipping & Returns

Disclaimer

A large majority of the collection is made using vintage and antique materials.  All idiosyncrasies, including wear, mending, and stains, are part of the textile.  If needed we can do our best to repair the garment. 

 

Orders are processed within 1-7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.  Shipping will be calculated at checkout.   Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Tracking information will be sent once the order has been processed, and a confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.

 

International shipping 

International shipments are final sale. Please note that you are solely responsible for any additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes on international orders. Customs authorities require the value of the order to be stated directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release the package.

 

Returns

Our collection includes many unique pieces, and we are committed to minimizing the need for returns. If you have any questions or are unsure about which item to choose, please contact us before placing your order.

Due to the unique handmade nature of all Considered Objects garments, we cannot accept general returns.  We will only accept returns for U.S. orders if the items are defective or damaged within 7 days of receiving your package. We will accept all pieces in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Please send us a refund and return request to info@considered-objects.com. Once we have authorized your request, we will email you the return instructions.

Return postage and additional shipping costs for returns, rejected, or returned to shipper packages are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can not be held responsible for items lost and/or damaged in transit back to us.

All made-to-order and special custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, you can place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your refund. For assistance with exchanges, please email us at info@considered-objects.com
