SHIPPING AND RETURNS
As a thank you for supporting Considered Objects, standard shipping will be covered by us worldwide. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Considered Objects accepts returns of both domestic and international orders in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will accept all pieces in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and Considered Objects does not offer free return shipping on both U.S. domestic and international orders.
Please note you are solely responsible for any additional taxes, customs fees, and import duties, on international orders. Customs authorities require the value of the order stated directly on the package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release the package. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a brief reason for your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom objects (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
