  • N° 12 'Temple in snow' Haori Shirt
Traditionally, a 'Haori' features plain external designs and lavishly decorated landscape linings and was not worn by women until the Edo period (1615-1868). The landscape scenes from the lining of the 'Haori' are reflected in the cuff and collar, featuring a temple in the snow with snow-covered pine trees and bonsai bushes in planters. Detailed with a center front placket with shell buttons, back yoke, side paneling, and single-button cuffs.
